A Neutral, Practical &
Solution-Focused Approach
Different matters, the same commitment to a resolution the parties can actually live with afterward.
Vendor agreements that no longer match the work, partnerships that have run out of room, operating contracts two sides read in two different ways. She works from the document itself and the interests underneath it.
Communication breakdowns, competing expectations, roles that were never quite defined, and the friction that quietly costs a team its output. Facilitated conversation, not HR or employment-law advice.
Boundary lines, tenancies, association decisions, and property matters where the parties remain neighbors, owners, or members of the same association long after the session ends.
Experience, perspective, and one specific expertise in the same person. Her background connects commercial experience with formal mediation training.
Tamara Weinmann has spent more than twenty years on the business side of agreements: a real estate brokerage she owned, work as an insurance agent, and a regulated Bellevue company she has led since 2013. She began her practice at The Neutral Party in 2025, following a master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Facilitative mediation grounded in contract literacy, interest-based negotiation, and balanced participation.
Mediation is often described as shuttle diplomacy. The harder work happens before either side is willing to move: reading the agreement carefully, in the open, and translating it into something both parties can act on.
Contract literacy is the difference. It is a specific skill, developed across real estate, insurance, and negotiating commercial relationships inside a regulated business.
Translating dense contractual language into a clear, neutral framework that identifies interests, clarifies obligations, and gives both sides something solid to work from.
Her work as a business owner and executive brings practical familiarity with risk, resources, and the operational constraints behind a dispute.
Managing high-stakes conversations with several parties, balancing power dynamics, and reframing an argument into a set of decisions someone can make.
De-escalating without losing sight of operational continuity, compliance, or the working relationship that outlasts the dispute.
The agreement is a starting point for a clearer conversation: what the parties understand, what they need, and which decisions remain theirs to make.
A master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law complements Tamara’s commercial background. Her community mediation work in Bellevue and King County reflects the same commitment to structured dialogue and party self-determination.
